Photography has always been a passion of mine, and for over 17 years (Circa 2008), I've explored the world through a lens. I spent 9+ years (2010-2019) running my own photography business, specializing in capturing the essence of people and events through environmental portraits and dynamic event photography. I loved collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, whether it was crafting compelling images for their websites or preserving the energy of special moments. Portrait Project (2017)

In 2017, I embarked on a personal photography project to capture the stories of those I cared about. Inspired by the power of environmental portraiture, I aimed to create images that reflected the essence of each individual and their unique environments.

A Journey of Growth and Connection

This project was a labor of love, allowing me to evolve as a photographer and improve my visual storytelling skills. It also provided a platform to showcase the diverse individuals who graced my lens, each with their own unique story to tell.

Capturing Unique Stories

The project invited participants to choose a location where they felt comfortable and at ease, allowing their personalities to shine through in the portraits. We spent time getting to know each other, learning about their lives, and capturing their unique essence in a series of memorable images.

Sharing Our Stories

From January to November 2017, I published a weekly blog featuring the portraits and stories of the participants. Each blog post provided a behind-the-scenes look at the photo session and celebrated the individuality of each person.
